INFORMATION

terms of SERVICE

  • I only accept digital art commission.

  • PRIVATE USE ONLY. Commission done for commercial purposes will result in an increased price.

  • I am allowed to use, post and share the work with a watermark on it anywhere to my liking unless you request otherwise. (Such as the commission is a surprise so I can post it afterward. Please inform me)

  • All prices are net price (Fee already included)

  • Please provide visual references as well as descriptions.

  • Extra detailed characters, props, and BG will be charged depending on details.

  • My standard is about B5 size, 300 dpi, JPG or PNG. You can request a PSD file. More than A4 size or 350 dpi might be extra charged.

  • If you want me to design the character, please clearly describe the details of the character as much as possible. The reference image would be great. (+30-50% of the cost depending on details)

  • Take me at least 3 days for sketch and 1 week for the painting to be finished from the payment date. (If deadline included, please inform me first.)

  • I might reject the work if I see that I can't finish it in time or the character is out of my ability to draw.

  • No refund if you wish to cancel the commission at any time for whatever reason, whatever amount of money you sent me at that moment will not be returned unless I have not yet started the sketch, I am more than happy to give you a refund.

Process

  1. For under 100$ work, payment must be 100% upfront. For more than 100$ work, payment can be 50% upfront and 50% after you are happy with the artwork. (Please inform me)

  2. I’ll send an invoice to you, after the first payment I'll send a draft sketch to you. Drastic changes such as pose changes will only be allowed during this draft stage.

  3. After the work is done, I will send you an example of the work.

  4. Fixing and perfecting are allowed only up to 3 times. The next time will be charged depending on details. So please be clear about what you want.

  5. If it’s approved, I’ll send you a full-sized, unwatermarked image. After 24 hours, I will not accept any fixing.
